1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pk1947.wine, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the pk1947 platform, including visitors who browse without registering.

PK1947 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. If you continue to use the platform after an update, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English as used in Pakistan. If there is any uncertainty in interpretation, the plain-language meaning most beneficial to the protection of players will be applied, consistent with the responsible gaming commitments of pk1947.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use pk1947, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or business accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pk1947 employee.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for another person.

PK1947 may request identity verification documents at any point. If you are unable to provide satisfactory documentation confirming your age or identity, your account may be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be held pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on pk1947. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, email address, device, or payment method — constitutes a breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, pk1947 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any pending bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false details — including a fake name, date of birth, or contact information — is grounds for immediate account closure. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your phone number or email changes, you must update your account details without delay.

• Use a strong, unique password and never share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact pk1947 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or make transactions.

PK1947 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has not taken reasonable steps to secure their credentials or has know ingly shared their login details.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pk1947 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the most widely used payment methods in Pakistan — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. The available methods and any applicable minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page.

Deposits are generally credited to your pk1947 account within minutes. However, delays can occasionally occur due to banking processing times or network issues. If a deposit has not appeared within one hour, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where payment comes from an account belonging to someone else — are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made by error cannot always be reversed; contact support immediately if you deposit an unintended amount.
• PK1947 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible.

• Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts verified in your own name — the same name as your pk1947 account.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from active bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed.
• PK1947 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes for standard amounts via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Raast. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• PK1947 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal amounts. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on the player's standing.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are set out on the Withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if the account has not been fully verified or if there is an active investigation into the account.

If you believe a withdrawal has been incorrectly declined or delayed beyond the stated processing time, contact pk1947 support with your withdrawal reference number and a brief description of the issue.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PK1947 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events like PSL and T20 internationals. All bonuses are subject to the individual terms listed on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Each bonus offer specifies the eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), wagering multiplier, and expiry period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account will be treated as a terms violation.
• PK1947 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided this does not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use.
• If bonus funds are used in a way that pk1947 determines to be an attempt to exploit or manipulate bonus terms — including through hedging strategies across multiple accounts — the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to their own wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on pk1947 — whether on Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, or any other market — are governed by the betting rules in force at the time the bet is placed. These rules cover bet settlement, void bets, and the handling of disputes.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• PK1947 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to manipulation, fixing, or where the outcome was known at the time of placement.
• In the event of a system error or obvious pricing mistake, pk1947 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake. Winnings accrued from an obvious error will not be paid.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion. There may be brief periods during a match where in-play betting is suspended — for example, while a wicket is being reviewed.
• Maximum win limits per event or per day apply. These are set per market and are displayed when placing a bet.
• In the event of a dispute about a bet settlement, the decision of pk1947 management is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure described in Section 14.

For Cricket specifically, all standard settling rules apply: matches abandoned due to rain or external factors will be settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis method where applicable, or voided if no result is possible under the rules of the competition. PSL and international T20 matches follow the same convention.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk1947. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, create accounts, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Placing bets with insider knowledge of a fixed or manipulated event outcome.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players or with pk1947 employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk1947 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been obtained fraudulently.

9 Responsible Gaming

PK1947 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. Gaming on pk1947 is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a way to generate income, recover financial losses, or escape personal difficulties.

The platform offers the following self-management tools to help players maintain healthy habits:

11 Limitation of Liability

PK1947 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical faults. We are not liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.
• Internet connectivity problems on the player's side.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from the player's own decisions, including bets placed in error.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
